Teen Read Week Planning Time
Jul 5th, 2011 by Cathy Jo Nelson
Too early to plan? (not for me….)
Teen Read Week is always a week where we can find “fun” ways to celebrate reading or teens and their interests. Striking a balance can be challenging, but I do love to plan, even though it’s not until mid October. Execution of plans is always a different story. None the less, I’m already looking at plans for our TRW.
A TRW Family Feud is planned
The one that is taking up the most thoughts in my mind centers on a play off the ISTE Learning Tools Family Feud. If you have not seen it, please do check it out. It was so much fun to just be a spectator. Because I had so much fun, I’m thinking of planning a Teen Read Week Feud. Wonder of we could play against a team that is virtual–from a different high school?

Anyway, if you want to look over my plans, they are here. Note that the GoogleDocs planning sheet has multiple links in it as well. I would love your feedback.
