I greedily read through my favorites and guilt free choose “mark all as read” for the rest. Shame on me, but it’s true. But now I’m clearing the reader of the ones I no longer read, making room for new feeds, thanks to the Edublog nominations released Saturday evening. I am greedily lapping up the links provided in this year’s Edublog Award Nominations, and very happy particularly at the number of teacher librarian voices ringing loud and clear, not JUST in the library/librarian category, but across the board. For those in the know, it should not be surprising, as we are known in our schools as a “jack of all trades” sporting any number of hats throughout the typical day. I think this is why I love what I do the most. No two days are the same, and well quite frankly of they are, it’s your fault.

The list below contains ALL the links to the nominees. Take some time to go through them, adding these voices for connected learning of a whole new kind. I’ve been processing them since yesterday, and now I’m combing through them for gems to email to those I work with as treasures, ones I hope to use to lure friends in my own teaching context (as a teacher librarian) to the library for both student and professional learning.
