Frankly, I think his response is pretty irresponsible.
Pitting groups in the states against one another for budget monies instead of providing adequately distributed funding is ill thought out and a disappointment.
The fact that the Obama administration is continuing to adhere to Bush’s suggested Education budget reappropriations is disheartening.
The National Writing Project, which is a project that is national in scope, will be begging state by state for funds. How can a national project operate that way?
