Free Resources 4 Video Project Fans!
May 4th, 2010 by Cathy Jo Nelson
Just saw this on Joyce Valenza’s Neverending Search Blog over at SLJ (yeah I actually went to it in person instead of via the reader–mainly to snag the code for the below!)
Making Videos on the Web – A Guide for Teachers –
28 pages–free for the download! Don’t you just love free books shared around the blogosphere? Want to see it full-screen? Click here.
I especailly love Richard Byrnes subtitle–and in light of the recent and pending budget cuts, schools and school libraries will especially love it too. It reads:
How you and your students can create videos without purchasing any software or video equipment.
Thanks Richard, especially since I’m pretty sure those in SC (who have just suffered statewide a loss of 1400 teacher positions, and learned today that in all likelihood there will be about 4000 more jobs cuts in the coming year) will need to take advantage of free resources since many of us will be on shoestring budgets, if we have a budget at all.
