Hi all. Thanks for commenting on this little story that really has no business on my "professional" blog. Ahh what ever. The neighbors who live 2 floors above us told my husband today they saw Willow at our door several times during the school day Tuesday, but could never catch him or anyone here at home to tell anyone. They are relieved Willow is back too.

I am so glad Willow is home! My little Pugsley gave me a scare last week. He jumped out of the car in to the street in downtown Columbia. Literally, a couple of inches from getting run over. I don't know what I would have done if he was hit. So I know how happy you are that Willow made it home.

Glad to her the little guy is back. I have a funny story I will make it short. Last year I was at Edtech got a call from my husband that Delila our beagle was on her way to Myrtle Beach. Apparently she had escaped and some people from Tenn on their way to MB picked her up and could not get a hold of the vet until they were almost to MB. I went to meet the couple the next day they had bought her a bed, food, treats and toys. I offered money but they would not take it, such nice folks.

You know what they say, cats have nine lives. How many has Willow used up? So glad he found his way back home. You're lucky to have such a great neighbor who took the time to get Willow back to you. Most wouldn't bother these days. So not only was this a great story of a returned family member, but of a good Samaritan, too!

Wow! What an emotional story with a happy ending. I'm so glad Willow is back home and can imagine all that you went through. I also imagine that your hubby and son felt so bad so I'm glad that nothing tragic happened for their sake. Thanks for sharing this story.
